Cranberry Brie Bites

Cranberry Brie Bites

This is my absolute favorite time of year! Every inch of our house is covered in Christmas decorations and all of the holiday food is to die for. This is my go-to recipe for this time of year and it makes the perfect appetizer for any holiday celebration. I usually have to double or triple the recipe because these are just THAT good.

Cranberry Brie Bites

  • 8 ounce wheel of brie cheese

  • 1 tube of crescent roll dough

  • 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce

  • 1/4 cup of pecans, chopped

  • sprigs of rosemary

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.

  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the tube of crescent dough and cut it into 24 smaller squares of dough. Place one square into each of the muffin tin spaces.

  3. Cut the wheel of brie cheese into small cubes and put one cube of cheese onto the crescent dough.

  4. Put a small spoonful of cranberry sauce, chopped pecans, and a sprig of rosemary on top of the cheese.

  5. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the crescent dough is golden brown.

I’ll definitely be whipping these up for our Christmas party this year! Let me know if you make these for your next holiday gathering!
